Aloha,

I’m Paulina, the visionary behind Layer by layer. I’m passionate about holistic health and have created this space as my dedication to be of service and to facilitate transformative journeys of self-nourishment, healing and wholesome living.

I was born and raised in Sweden with Polish roots. I have always felt a strong desire to explore beyond my Nordic-Baltic upbringing. This quest for exploration led me to Hawai'i, where I have spent over a decade immersed in the warmth of the Aloha Spirit. In this vibrant community, I have found a deep sense of belonging that inspires me to weave myself with the wisdom of the Āina [land] and community. My dedication to the well-being of this beautiful island home continues to grow as I embrace its rich culture and natural beauty.

Creativity ignites my soul. There is profound magic in transforming my innermost visions into tangible manifestations and expressions. This creative flow deepens my connection to the beauty I aspire to create and share, revealing the boundless potential of abundance. It is through this process that I discover pure joy and a sense of belonging—being the light and illuminating the path for others to connect as we explore the layers of our existence.

Layer by layer is not just a concept; it embodies my belief in the transformative power of nurturing the interconnected aspects of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being—our wholeness. The affirmation is to peel back what holds us back, making space for new parts of ourselves to emerge in our fullest potential.

Through this initiative, I aim to share tools, modules and practices that continuously heal, nourish, and support my growth.
