My name is Paulina, the dreamer and creator behind Layer by layer. My journey as a light worker is deeply rooted in my love for nature and my fascination with the human body, holistic health, and our place in the universe. This curiosity drives me to explore how we can harmonize our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, guiding others on their own paths of discovery.

Growing up in Sweden with Polish roots, I yearned to explore beyond my European upbringing. This longing guided me to the shores of Hawai'i. Here, I have found my home and feel a deep connection with the land and its vibrant community, continually inspiring me to weave my gifts with the island's ancient wisdom.

Creativity ignites my soul, and there’s a magical alchemy in transforming my innermost visions into tangible expressions. I believe that nurturing our bond with nature is essential for healing and finding harmony within ourselves. This message infuses everything I do and offer—whether it's through my yoga classes, workshops, herbal remedies, or other creative projects.
